  1. Attacks seem worse since eliminating if gluten gets in diet??? Does this have to do with healing? Does it take 2 years to mend???

    I am 4 weeks in and have muscle aches brain fog bloating intestinal pain is this all normal? It feels worse since I have given up gluten...the reaction that is if it gets in my diet by accident. Why is dairy in question??? I eat it for protein but am willing to stop if it is the cause of continued pain.
  3. Yes I have had the same problem with salsa, once a favorite of mine...no more! I believe it was some thing in the sausage as well. I am having a tough time with how severe the reaction is since I have stopped the gluten. Soy sauce is a no no..and the list goes on!I seem better eating bland and basic.
  4. Well said...bloating and brain fog!!! 4 weeks gluten-free and 3 episodes. I am assuming I am still learning to watch ingredients carefully. It is not worth taking chances because I loose a whole day. Tra cy
  5. Thinking I made a gluten-free meal only to wake with bloating and stomach pains. I cooked rice pasta, sausage containing brocclli rabe and tomatoe sauce-organic, red wine and some cheese. I am only 3 weeks in and sometimes feel like it would be better to aviod all food. Tra cy
  6. I have the same questions??? I have been gluten-free for almost 4 weeks. Last night I made rice pasta organic sauce and Maglio broccollirabe sausage...stomach pains bloating this am. I couldn't determine the culprit...oh and red wine. Any clue??? Tra cy
