I have a question for the masses. Should someone work at a doughnut shop(Tim Hortons) if they have Celiac? Is it safe or are they constantly getting glutened by being in that environment? My wife was diagnosed three weeks ago and we have been trrying hard to stay gluten free but she is still feeling the same. Thanks for any responses to this. Mike
