  1. I have a question for the masses. Should someone work at a doughnut shop(Tim Hortons) if they have Celiac? Is it safe or are they constantly getting glutened by being in that environment? My wife was diagnosed three weeks ago and we have been trrying hard to stay gluten free but she is still feeling the same. Thanks for any responses to this. Mike

  3. Hi all, I've been reading quite a few of the topics on here and they have been great to get information. My wife was diagnosed with Celiacs May 21 and we have been trying to stick to the glutten free diet since then. My wife is frustrated (in denial) with all the changes she has to make and the food she has to give up. She calls me the Gluten Police...
