I am new and quite confused. Blood work negative for celiac and waiting for biopsy report. Primary symptom is fatigue - some mood swings and depression - no GI or other body issues. Wht is likelihood of my being gluten intolerant? Most eveyone on the forum reports other complaints, i.e. abdominal pain, joint pain, etc. Thank you for any feedback you can...

I am feeling overwelmed by this whole topic. Am trying to find cause for long-term fatigue, moodswings, and some depression. Have no GI symptoms, or body pain. Could I have gluten intolerance? Blood tests negative, waiting for biopsy report from endoscopy. I appreciate any feedback you can give me.

Thank you, Peter, for your informative reply to my confusion! What is the difference between gluten intolerance and sensitivity in terms of blood works, i.e., can these tests determine "sensitivity?"

Based on these 3 tests, GI said I most likely do not have celiac disease, but will do endoscopy while in for colonoscopy. Main symptom is fatigue, mood swings. I am so confused! Thank you for any help. tTG Ab, IgA below 3 (reference range below 5) IgA 478 (RR 81-463) Gliadin Ab IgA 8 (RR below 11)
