    Somewhere in this message board - sorry haven't got time to look for it. there are so many - a poster says that when he/she eats gluten, it is 7 days until the reaction shows up. DH is not an allergy, so reaction is not immediate, or so I have read. The problem is not the gluten itself but your body's reaction to it and this takes varying amounts of time...
