I can't give you a definitive answer, but I can tell you that the Starbucks Valencia Orange Cake, while completely gluten free, does NOT agree with me. I guess everyone has their own problems. -

When I was told to go on a gluten free diet, I spoke with a cousin of mine who had Celiac. She warned me that, in her experience, symptoms from a glutening can last weeks. She said that she could tell right away because she would have stomach pains and diarrhea, but that her fatigue and muscle pain symptoms would hit a few week later. I haven't been... -

In November I had a celiac blood panel done. All of my results were negative except for my IgG results. My results were 69 where >10 was considered high. The doctor said that based on my symptoms, and such a high level of anti-gliadin antibodies that he was positive that I had Celiac, or at the very least, a severe gluten intolerance.
