hey everyone.... I was diagnosed Celiac just under a year ago after becoming deathly ill... When I first went Gluten-free I added more dairy to my diet to try and gain weight, but I seemed to get even more sick... After a few months, I read about casein and tried to go casein free... So much has improved, but I just seem to always slip and make stupid...
