My mom recently purchased a pasta maker for my family and I was wondering if anyone knew of any cookbooks specifically for gluten free recipes? I have 2 children both with Celiac disease, so the cost gets quite high. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anytime we have done a party, we have done a selection of fruits and fresh veggies. Also, we do a meat and cheese tray and supply both types for buns. My 8 yr old daughter and my 12 yr old son have Celiac so I have pretty much got this down to a science anymore.

My 12 yr old son has been showing several of the symptoms exhibited with Celiac. His 8 yr old sister was diagnosed almost 3 yrs ago. The dr put him on Ranitidine about 3 months ago for stomach issues and ran the blood serum tests last week. The results came back today saying it was inconclusive. He wants to wait another 6 months before running the test...
