Thanks for the reply, i have wondered about this and have called my specialist and will be requesting a colonoscopy. My stomach pain has not gone away all day which is unusual for me and i have taken 30/500 cocodamol. Thanks for the reply I have spoken to my specialist's secretary today as he is not in till tomorrow and hopefully he will bring my appointment forward from january. I have already been checked for hemorrhoids although im not sure what polyps is? Is this not a symptom of celiacs then?

Hello, thank you for your replies. The test was to check for antibodies that are usually present if you have celiac disease, im sorry i dont know which ones for. I think its a standard blood test the GP does in the UK. Im going to have a full food intolerance test, it costs quite alot but i think that if it comes back with gluten i may go private...

Hello, Thank you for your reply and advice, your words are honestly so comforting to hear. I will speak to my doctors and find out whether i can eat less, as i usually eat gluten within two meals a day at least. I hope this is the only problem as I will be happy to stop eating gluten to feel better, just get scared as i cant help but want answers sooner...
