  1. Thanks for posting this. I used the Betty Crocker yellow cake mix and combined it with a can of plain Libby's pumpkin and one egg (which I am fine with), I noticed I quickly developed a headache and scratchy throat. I had the same reaction in the past when I have used Bob's Red Mill gluten free flours with various recipes and also with Betty Crocker's brownie...

  3. I know they say that the grain vodkas are gluten free due to the distillation process, but I have had two vodka and cranberries at different times and had a horrible headache the next day, when I have had potato vodka two separate times, I had no hangover. Coincidence? Curley 8
  4. I have called Starbucks and they assured me there is no gluten/casein in their soy milk. It seems they used to use Silk, but now have gone to their own brand. It caused me problems though. Wondering if anyone else has the same issues. I can drink Silk just fine. Curly8, Stow, OH
