I live 2 minutes from this place.................the Pizza is great (and they have a variety of toppings...including a taco pizza...and all their spices and sauces are gluten free already), and they do these buffet's often. There are support group members there too. They are also really good about watching cross contamination...they have a seperate fryer... -

Smirnoff, Kettle One, Ciroc, Chopin and 3 Vodka (which is made from soy) are gluten free.
