  8. im a new celiac and im trying to figure out what life is going to be like for me. i dont want to have to eat every meal at my house. i need to know whats ok and how to tell. is there a resource like this or can anybody give me a guide to what is ok? im a little frustrated, scared and confused. any help would be appreciated.
  9. im new to the gluten free world and still trying to process everything. for a while now when i drink, especially beer, i get an instant headache. so needless to say, i dont drink beer anymore. is this something that happens to other people?
  10. i am new to the forum. i am currently exhibiting many of the symptoms most posters talk about. during my reading i have come across one thing that seems to be consistant throughout diagnosis and that is that drs easily dismiss celiac. why is this? i asked my dr to prefrom the test and after asking why they agreed easily.
