I bought Pizza Guru (3534 State St Santa Barbara) about a year ago and within the year have transformed a once failing greasy pizza place into an organic, locally sourced pizza place that also provides the option of a Gluten Free crust, gluten-free beer, or gluten-free pasta. We also have soy cheese for those vegans or lactose intolerant.
