  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. Fatigue/exhaustion is something i get almost immediately also. It lasts for 3 to 5 days. All this week I've been so tired and sleeping in really late when im normally up by 9:30, 10 at the latest. Monday I was glutened, and Im just now starting to feel normal again, still moody though. but the exhaustion is getting better. Waves of nausea still come and go...
  3. Since I've gone gluten free, spicy food has given me some issues. This week I have had something spicy three times. each time, I have experienced nausea, headache, and acid reflux/heartburn. Spicy food has never done this to me before. I can normally eat some hot stuff. Anyone else have this problem? I know someone else that has, just wondering if we are...
  4. Thanks everyone for the support! It was kind of like....I really wanted to kiss him and I totally forgot about the pretzels for that moment. It's hard when all I wanna do is kiss him! He has been brushing his teeth after meals for me, but if he forgets he wont let me kiss his mouth, just cheek kisses and forehead kisses. We've been together for almost 2 years...
  5. Last night, my boyfriend Kevin and I were at a friend Ryan's house. Ryan's son was eating pretzels. Kevin had a few of those pretzels. Later that night when we were saying goodnight, I kissed him...forgetting that he had eaten pretzels. Not too long after that when I got home, My head started hurting pretty bad, and I felt nauseas and dizzy, and weak. This...
  6. I am in the same situation you are. I have been gluten free for almost two weeks, and im experiencing weird heartburn and gas/diarrea only when I drink milk...but im stubborn and I won't give up milk because cereal=my best friend. I know theres soy milk but I don't feel like changing. When I was on gluten I had the same symptoms as you plus a few more (irritable...
  7. I'm in a financial situation as well. I'm starting college this week, and I am going back on my dad's insurance, but that doesn't mean there won't be bills to go along with the testing. I just don't have the money with the bill I have already. thanks
  8. This is exactly how my headaches were a lot of times. I did start taking vitamins before, and nothing helped. My sinuses had nothing to do with them, either. I've never had sinus problems in my life. I am now taking a nature made multi mineral/multivitamin every morning with food, so that I'm not missing out on vitamins. for some reason I just don't think...
  9. Wow what a 'doctor.' obviously he is not very knowledgable when it comes to celiac disease.
  10. Hello all! I am new to this site, and new to the gluten free diet. A friend of mine's mom has celiac disease, and another friend of mine has had it all her life. After many discussions with them as to why im getting these awful headaches almost everyday, and feeling seriously depressed on random days, they suggested i might have celiac disease as well....
