When this happens with our son, we do a few things. 1. We immediately stop using wipes. I use a soft wash cloth dipped in a mixture I keep in a diaper wipes tub in the bathroom. (water - hot so it melts the other stuff but it will get cold and that's fine, few drops of whatever baby soap you use, a few drops of very pure vitamin E for moisturizing) ...
