  1. Thank You for clearing that up. I had an allergic to the iodine contrast in the CT-scan. Is it likely that the iodine provided by "Sea Vegetation" in the pioneer meds is likely to do harm to my body, at least internally? I mean, I was eating sushi in Japan with no problem, then again, I've also eaten bread and various wheat products my entire life with...
  2. These GNC vitamins do include: L-Glutamine in the Amino Acid blend, Caramel color, Tocopheryl, and Hydrolized Protein Chelate. These are some things that appear on this website's "Unsafe" list. So, I think that until I give the Gluten-free diet a trial for a month, I'm just going to go with another brand of Multivitamin. If I determine that Gluten is not...
  3. 1.) Quick question: The vitamins located in the Gluten-Mall section of this website are mostly Pioneer brand. In their ingredients they include tocopheryl, but in the Unsafe Gluten Free food list: https://www.celiac.com/articles/182/1/Unsaf...ents/Page1.html "Tocopheryls" is listed as one of the bad things. What's up with that? 2.) I am looking at...
  4. When did you get the Enterolab tests done. I ordered them 2 weeks ago, and even used MasterCard to put the order in online. The day after I received a call telling me that they don't have a license to practice in the state of New York. I was ready, willing, and able to do it. I then saw that they also do tests in Asia, and Japan is the next place I'm going...
  5. Oh, I forgot to mention, even though my name is "Trymester" I am a male. I need to wait until November-ish to get to Japan to have the Enterolab tests done. They don't work within New York, where I am now.
  6. Would you say that the Enterolab stool tests are more reliable than blood tests? I mean, my blood test said I have no Celiac's disease. I had been problem free for 24 years and eating EVERYTHING. Ice Cream, curry, I'm Hispanic so I've always eaten alot of oil and spicy food. I think that maybe when I Went to Japan and ate less "bad" food, my digestive...
  7. Thank you for your reply Jillian. I went to the GI because of Acid Reflux symptoms. He decided to run a bunch of blood tests. Among these were checking for the colitis antibodies, Hepatitis, Celiac's disease, etc.
  8. Thank You both for your replies. Sorry about posting the outside link. I'm really, really new to this "gluten-free" world, and may not even have to be part of it. But just in case, I want to get my facts organized. I will check the websites, I just wasn't sure if gluten will be present in a product, but under a different name.
  9. People who test positive for Celiac's Disease are advised to not eat Gluten. I tested negative for Celiac's. I tested positive for colitis antibodies. A colonoscopy and small bowel series were used to rule out Crohn's. I have neither constipation or diahrea. As I did test positve for Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies is there any specific foods I should...
