Hi guys. I really need your help. Has anybody found that your symptoms got alot worse when they went on the gluten-free diet? I am on the diet 4 months and i have found that nearly all my symptoms have drastically dis-improved. My gastroenteritis thankfully improved after a few weeks but i now have horrible tummy cramps that last for hours and my intestines...
