  1. I'm making whole wheat bread with fresh ground wheat, and ingredients I know are safe (salt, water, sugar, oil, red star yeast)
  2. I'm not sure what corn gluten is, but Corn in all it's forms, is my main problem. I want to find out if wheat/rye/barley based gluten is a problem.
  3. I figured out that corn is my biggest issue, what is the best way to trial gluten?
  4. Make sure to check with your pharmacist. Doctors aren't usually totally up to date on all medications and restrictions, and pharmacists continually increase their knowledge and have a computer database that can help
  5. I'm trying to discern if market pantry original diced tomatoes are gluten free. Can anyone help me? Thanks! ETA: the ingredients are gluten free, just wondering about cross contamination
