About Me
Hello, my husband was diagnosed with Celiac a couple of years ago, and we cannot find any real honest help with having to live with it. He suffers so very much with it, so here I am reaching out to this site in hopes of getting help & support for him. I myself am a cancer patient I have bone cancer, and Celiac to me is just as horrifying and painful as cancer.
I hope to meet new friends and be able to help & give support to others also as we all should.....
My husband has the celiac because of genetics, after he was diagnosed with it, we sat and thought of his family and there were many including his mom who had the same symptoms as he does but back in those days they didn't know how to look for it.....

WOW, we live in Pikeville which is abut 3 to 4 hours away from Louisville, I feel sure he would take that ride once a month how do we go about signing up for registering for meetings? And where exactly is Baptist East? Thank You -
Ya know the doctor said he just had slow bowls and he put him on some RX stuff can't remember the name now it started with a M and now I know it is now in the store, but it didn't work either. He never tested him for this, and I am taking all the notes I can because in the mornings he is ok but by the end of the day omg he is in so much pain and his belly...

We live in Kentucky usa the doctors stink here so we go to Tennessee for him, but he is not happy with him because he truly is not helping him......Also he is on Medicaid which he can't get much help at all with just that ..

Thank you all so very much. I haven't seen it yet any where but my husband drinks pure aloe juice and it helps him so very much...Thought I would also share that.... I know with all the help here we are getting he will be healed and live comfortable again -

WOW I had no idea about any of this you have just told me...Oh I am so thankful...I am learning so much, even my husband is so amazed also about all this I am telling him. He wants to ask the doctor Tuesday why has he never told him any of this... Again Thank You -
Thank you again, we are seeing the doc this coming Tuesday and I am writing alot of info I am learning down, because it is so hard to see him go through this and there is nothing I can do, and getting help from the doctor well that is another thing, but I am going in with all guns this time :-) He suffers so very much so badly...

I thought or should I say was told Milk Eggs MSG Oats of any kind Rice Flour Were all bad for celiac people but I was reading on the safe food list that it is ok.. I am confused can someone help me out ? And what about potatoes? Thank You -
Now I may sound nutty but my husband has this, I know he does, because he cannot use the bathroom, he is lucky if he goes once a week and that is only after taking close to a whole bottle pf phillips and honey and then he barely goes.
