Hello, I have been trying to stay gluten-free from about November 2004. I was diagnosed with IBS about 20 years ago. Hi Richard, Thank you for you help. The doctors have discounted many of my complaints because I am not "unhealthy" looking. My weight has always been about 20-30 pounds over the top range of my ideal weight. I have become so frustrated by the amount of pills the doctors try to get me on.
