ARCHIVED Negative Blood But Positive Endo?

My doctor did a blood test for Celiac which came back negative but when they did an endoscopy the biopsy results were "consistent with stage 1 Celiac". Have any of you had similar results? I went gluten-free for 3 months but really didn't feel a whole lot better and because my results were mixed I'm wondering if I actually do have Celiac disease or if it...
