On a whim, I stopped gluten. I have had Chronic right lower quadrant pain for ten years. I also usually have a BM maybe twice a week. If I drink beer my face and hands swell and I get abnormally sick ,unable to leave my bed. The pain is gone now I wake up without a swollen face , I have some new stomach pains but not the old one and these are tolerable....
