i am also avoiding rice and potatoes because i have Psoriasis. i think the only safe food for me is vegetables. i can't even eat bread because it has gluten, right? is there a gluten free bread? i didn't know gluten free diet is so hard to follow! -

thank you so much for your replies. I am from the Philippines and gluten free food is really hard to find in my country. i am eating lots of oatmeal and muesli because i thought they are healthy. accckkk! we only have very few health food stores in the city. as of now, i could only think of one. Healthy Options store. -
