I am so glad to read all of these posts about people who go through the EXACT things that I do; some of those posts were almost as if they were describing me when I accidentily eat gluten. Does anyone know if there is a hotline where you can call/text to ask if a food contains gluten? Something like CHA CHA, or KGB? Often i don't know if certain foods contain gluten, or if certain companies put gluten in their products. It would be nice to be able to call a hotline, or text someone reliable to find out quickly.

Are they gluten free? I looked them up online, it said that they don't add any gluten, although they cannot be sure that all raw materials are 100% gluten free. Is that ok? or should i call the manufacturer?
