I am new to being gluten-free and my biggest problem at this time is recipes calling for potatoe starch. I can't seen to find it any where other than to order it on line. My question is: can I substitute corn starch for the potato starch in recipes? I would appreicate any help I can get with this. I have a friend who is also supposed to be gluten-free...
