Grainless and overwhelmed

Hi Everyone, I am new to this site but have been feeling so overwhelmed over the last 2 months. I was having a lot of intestinal issues and got tested for food intolerances. Discovered that corn is my most severe allergy, along with eggs, gluten, and dairy being fairly intolerant. I also have mild intolerances to soy & rice!! But talk about hard to...
