  1. My endo recommended I should go gluten free, even though I don't have a diagnoses. I had a celiac profile and according to that the results were negative however I don't think I was given the right test. The only things tested were endomysial antibody IgA, t-transglutaminase (ttg) iga, and immunoglobulin A, Qn, serum. I think theres a few things that were...
  2. Yea I don't know why only 3 things were tested for celiacs. I might order the take at home test.. I think its called biochard? Guess all my eating habits are about to change. Ohh this is going to be hard! haha but i am looking forward to it.
  3. they did a complete allergy blood test. My milk antibodies had no number just >99.99 and anything over 80 is antibodies. I don't have immediate reactions though, just rashes that show up. I'm wondering if its an IgG allergy. Gluten tested for a class 3 allergy along with peanuts and garlic. The biggest problem will be affording gluten free food...
  4. Saying I am bummed may sound strange but if I had celiacs it would mean I could easily treat and reverse damage that has been done. Now i'm back to square one. I guess since I tested very high for a milk allergy, and moderate for a gluten allergy I should still cut that from my diet. What are your opinions. These are the results if anyone is interested...
  5. im not gluten free yet. I don't know if I'm going gluten free. My doctors office called and said all results were ok. But they didn't give me the details of the results so I don't even know what the numbers are. Do you think I should call for a copy to be sent? I tested for a moderate gluten allergy and I tested sever for a milk allergy but i've never had...
  6. A lot of the time I always have this itchy feeling of bugs crawling one me, or I am just plain old itchy all over despite not having a rash (well i have a chronic rash on my knee's/elbows and sometimes it shows up on my outer thighs). I'm just wondering if this could be a symptom. My face is always dry/flaky looking, theres always red/flaky skin around my...
  7. I'm waiting for the results now, I'm not exactly sure if he's testing what you suggested. I'm really anxious waiting for these results!! Actually the day I was suppose to get the test I couldn't because the nurse OR doctor couldn't even draw any blood from me for some reason. They said I was dehydrated. So I got it done the next day. Left me with bruises...
  8. I have had hashimotos for about 14 years now and finally just found a doctor that seems generally interested in treating my symptoms. He ran a bunch of blood test and a few things came back abnormal. He ran an allergy test and my gluten came back abnormal, and apparently I'm lactose intolerant. After looking into a gluten allergy I found a list of symptoms...
