About 7 weeks into being Gluten Free after a diagnosis of Celiacs. Have had some great days and some not so good. Its almost as if my body is a computer and is resetting itself. I cant answer your question but Ive been gluten free for a month+ now and am feeling better. Ive noticed that I feel drunk alot faster now (Im not a boozer, just like a nice wine with dinner). From what Ive read alcohol is absorbed in the small intestine so Im guessing the alcohol absorbtion is caused by a healing of that area of the gut?

Absolutely, Im pretty careful now about what I feed my body. Many of the products do have soy in them.

Well got all my test results back. Another batch of bloodwork revealed nothing except I carry the gene. An Endoscopy revealed duodenitis and "results associated with Celiacs". This was 2 weeks ago. Since then Ive been gluten free. Have had some great days and some better days but none where my body is sapped of all energy. At least I can function...
