    After the KFC Grilled Chicken debacle (they put flour on their "grilled" chicken), I was hesitant about fast food places. Then I went into Carl's Jr. menu and noticed they are now offering GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! wOO HOO! You can now order their burger selections just specifying "lettuce wraps" instead of buns. Their website even has full disclosure...
