One thing that strikes me when I read labels is that I was told to stay away from anything that has artificial or natural flavoring in it as it contains gluten.   2. I was just diagnosed with gluten sensitivity and with my results came a bunch of descriptives about the disease. From what I read, gluten antibodies can still be found in your body for up to 6-12 months AFTER going gluten free.
