  1. Hi everyone. Well, I have been eating gluten for 3 weeks with NO symptoms. I'm feeling so much better and happier. So it looks like I don't have a problem with gluten. I wish you all the best of luck with everything and happy holidays.
  2. Another update: Yesterday I ate 1 Christmas Tree snack cake, some naturally gluten free sour cream with a chicken wrap and tortilla chips, a bowl of vegetable barley soup, and a slice of real bread. Then today I ate almost 2 organic toaster pastries. I am actually feeling A LOT better both physically and mentally than I was when I was eating gluten free....
  3. I always dream something. I always dream in color and 95% of the time I can remember everything that happens in the dreams. Even lots of times I could actually physically feel things in my dreams. I could write a book about my dreams, lol.
  4. I'll def get it checked. Well this morning I had a gluten filled Christmas Tree snack cake and a little while after I felt sick, but even when I was eating gluten free food I have felt worse. Then at about 12:00 p.m I hate some food which consisted of a chicken wrap with tortilla chips. I felt better after I ate, so I'm thinking I just got hungry since I...
  5. Tomorrow I am going to start eating gluten, but I am only going to eat the organic gluten filled foods except some Christmas Tree snack cakes. I am going to avoid all fried and greasy foods. I actually get hungry when I think about eating gluten, but when I think about eating gluten-free foods I lose my appetite. Please wish me luck everyone! I'll keep you...
  6. Hi Wolicki. Nope, I don't believe I have ever had my gallbladder checked. Maybe I should though because gall stones do run in the family.
  7. Ok, I posted a post a couple days ago saying I was going to eat gluten again so I can get tested. I did NOT eat gluten, but I still wonder if I really have a problem with it. My only symptoms when I was eating gluten was bad pain in my intestine and nausea. Ever since I have been off the gluten I have had a lot of headaches, fatigue, and lack of energy which...
  8. Today my dad made me the Namaste gluten free blondie mix, but I'm not going to actually eat any of it until tomorrow. Does it need to be refrigerated or frozen? It doesn't say anything about it on the bag it came in.
  9. Are there ANY gluten-free breads to buy either in a store or online that don't need to be refrigerated or frozen?
  10. I never crave any gluten-free foods because I hate the way they all taste. I just crave stuff I can't have like pop tarts, pillbury toaster strudels, REAL bread, biscuits, etc.
  11. Ok, I have been eating gluten-free since June 2008. Back in April of this year I started eating gluten again because I was never diagnosed as having any problems with gluten. I didn't get sick until about a week and a half into eating the gluten, but that was when I ate fried greasy food at Friendly's. Even now I eat greasy foods like hamburgers and when...
  12. I am really having a hard time without pop tarts. Are there any gluten free pop tart type things to buy from a store or online?
  13. Hi Gemini, I just get sick of having to eat steak, chicken, and hamburger patties with baked potato and broccoli when I go out to eat. It's boring and I still get sick at places like Outback and Ruby Tuesday even when we tell them I can't eat gluten. I want to be able to eat pastas, hamburgers(WITH buns), french fries, rolls, etc at restaurants. I never have...
  14. Ok, so I live in Hyde Park NY and I want to be able to eat good foods at restaurants. I mean stuff that they specially make gluten free and not just crappy food that is naturally gluten free that places like Outback and Ruby Tuesday serves. Is there any places near Hyde Park, Poughkeepsie that serves specially made gluten free foods except for Soul Dog and...
  15. I've known since June 2008 that I have Celiac Disease and I am FED UP WITH IT!! There isn't hardly any variety, the breads are dry and taste like cardboard, and I can't eat anything good at restaurants.
  16. Hello everybody. My name is Emily and I am 17 years old. Unfortunently I have stupid Celiac Disease. I'm a nice person unless I have a reason not to be, lol. I love all good people and I do not judge them. If there is anything else you would like to know about me, please ask.
