My father was diagnosed with Celiac a few weeks ago (hi dad, if you're reading) and I made an appointment with a local GI doc for today to get tested myself. What is the full list of tests that I should be requesting? I have an appt. with Dr. Fasano in late January, but I'd rather just insist on the tests today. What tests should I be asking for...
