I am thrilled that so many have responded so far and are adding very valid concerns and suggestions. Any restaurant that considers taking a step towards gluten-free (whether that is offering gluten-free options on their menu or going completely gluten-free) is showing that they care about their consumers and the general health of everyone--Celiac or not....
