  1. I dont know if there is anything close, but Olive Garden and Outback Steak House are two national chains that I have been able to successfully eat gluten-free at. They both have a gluten-free menu. You can look at them on line. We traveled to NYC last weekend and got a hotel with a fridge. We kept some cold cuts and other Gluten Free foods to make lunch...
  2. I have had great success with Glutino's products. But they do have other allergens in them. My friend who has Celiac, and a soy and casein intolerance cannot eat them. So is there a chance that you have another intolerance or allergy that is in their products?

But I am also going back to school after time off because I been constantly...
  7. I am fairly new to all of this. I was some what aware of what Celiac and eatting gluten-free were before, but only diagnosed officially with Celiac on Monday. I am hoping to start back up with college this spring semester. I am just going to take a class or two and make sure I am ok before I go back to the dorm life style and all. I want to know how you...
