Hi all! I was newly diagnosed almost 2months ago. Things have been going well, but I have a few questions that I would be grateful if anyone could help me with -How long does it take to feel symptoms after being contaminated? I am trying to keep a food diary and symptoms log and it seems like it takes a little while ( sometimes days) to have symptoms...
