Has anyone ever used Entero Labs to get tested for Gluten Sensitivity/Celiac? Did your insurance cover it? If you previously had a negative blood test and biopsy, were your results different from your other tests??? I am considering getting 4 of my children tested with them. 3 of them have had several blood tests and the biopsy but both come back... -

I would agree with the artificial sweeteners. They can really reak havoc on ypur system. I also agree on more water. They say that if you are hungry within 2 hours of eating you need water. That is your body's way of telling you it needs something..they also say that if you feel thirsty that you are already getting dehydrated. The usual water intake is... -
My 12 year old daughter so far has not tested positive to any celiac tests/biopsies but has a lot of symptoms. Does anyone know if I can replace soy lecithin granules with something else. I have a recipe that calls for 1/4 tsp. soy lecithin granules, it also has yeast and xanthan gum in it. But I am having difficulty finding soy lecithin where I live.

Hello everyone, I am looking for yummy gluten free bread, cake and cookie recipies, I have been thru about 10 of the 375 pages and well thats just too much. If anyone feels like sharing their recipies it would be greatly appreciated. I am currently using the Jules gluten free flour blend which is working well but all of my bread is falling in the middle...
