You'll be fine in Australia!!! It's probably easier to get Gluten Free products here than it is in America. A lot of restaurants cater for us folk too so its all good!

Isn't it great when you find something you love? I have tried Choices products and they aren't bad but I definately prefer Lifestyle Bakery. www.lifestylebakery.com.au . Their Chia seed Loaf is the best Gluten Free bread on the market in my opinion. I cant wait for easter when they release their hot cross buns!!!
