Hi, I recently had a biopsy during an EGD and they said I have possible celiac. My blood test was normal though. I need a good GI in the MI area that specializes in celiac and can determine if this is the right diagnosis. Can any one recommend a good doc who also has a good bedside manner? Thanks.

Hi, I was just diagnosed with celiac and I am very overwhelmed with trying to handle the many labels. Can anyone tell me can I an ingredient Monosodium Glutamate. I am reading different things. Also, can anyone refer to a good and updates food guide? Thanks.
