I don't have all her numbers, one number was a 12 when 4 is good/normal. After her endoscopy the doctor didn't expect celiac to be an issue because everything looked healthy but biopsy results stated "early stages/symptoms". Ok, my husband and I are in turmoil about what to do... Here's a recap of our story. What number are you talking about that is 21? My doctor mentioned a number that normal is 4, is that the same one or something different? Can anyone help?

Hi, my 4 year old was recently diagnosed with celiac. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with daycare? We've talked to them, they're going to work with us, etc.. However, it seems nothing on the menu is safe for her. Any tips for substitutions to simplify vs. bringing so much "safe" food?
