  1. not at all! thyroid blood test results are not the only means of telling if it is slow or too much thyroid hormones. there is a book my dr wrote called "the thyroid solution". check it out. it has helpful information! my dr makes his diagnoses on blood results and your symptoms because we know what symptoms are classic signs of struggles with the thyroid...
