Dairy/corn/soya/eggs/fructose intolerant but growing alarmingly!!!

Getting more and more fed up/depressed by the day :(

  1. Hi, i was diagonised celiac in january and at first found the diet really easy, managed to avoid dairy, sugar and yeast successfully to, but then came the soya intolerance and it took weeks to get my head round but i finally managed it, Then just when i thought things were improving bang comes the corn allergy and i cannot get my head round it. I spectacularly...
  2. I haven't had my vitamin levels checked or anything for a couple of months alothough i am back at the hospital next week. As for vitamin D i walk the dogs everyday so getting fresh air isn't a problem and i have an exercise plan designed for me down the gym. Honey is a definate no no as it contains soya and fructose. I seem to have lots of lists of all the...
  3. thanks guys, for the most part i do stay off soy as the side effects are quite severe and take days to calm down, i am gonn strugglwith caffeine tho that seems to be the main staple of my energy, i don't understand why i seem to have soo many food issues when he celiac was picked up within a year of me starting to feel ill but i guess everyone is different...
  4. Hey, it has been refreshing to read that lots cheat when diagonised with celiac but i have been really trying and for the best part of the year i have succeeded but it is all the other intolerances that have come to light, currently, gluten/dairy/corn/soya/fructose/nuts and eggs. I constantly crave sugary foods just to have the energy to get through the...
  5. Thanks for all your help guys, i will try some of he sugestions and see how i get on, although nuts and seeds are a no no as well as coconut which assumed was down to the soya and corn allergies. There is no chocolate that is dairy and soya free but i figured it had the least uncomfortable side effects Currently i am on day 3 of only eating meat/fish/poultry...
  6. Hey, I am kinda hoping you guys can help out here, I am intolerant to gluten/dairy/soy/corn/egg and now think fructose is causing problems. I am totally bewildered as to what to eat that won't make me feel really ill, if i stick to meat and limited veg i have no energy and struggle to work ( which is fairly active) and can't concentrate. On many occassions...
  7. I haven't touched any processed foods since the weekend when i discovered i had the problem, since then i have been living off brown rice, green veg, meat, eggs and brown rice cakes, This is all new to me, some off the other intolerances' sie effects wear off really quickly once you eliminate them but the sugar one sure likes to hang around unless its all...
  8. Hey, have successfully been gluten free for 6 weeks and soya and dairy for about 5 briefly felt great but then came sugar problems!!! Whenever i eat fruit or artificial sugars i get burning sensations in my stomach, lower back and legs and they're too tender to touch. It is really debilitating and frustrating, is there anyone here that has the same problem...
  9. Thanks for your replies, it turns out that i now react to sugar which brings very similar symptons to gluten so we are now religiously sticking to whole foods but avoiding fruit in the hope that i will stop feeling as tho i have done ten rounds with mike tyson.
  10. Thanks for replying and your thoughts, i am hanging in there and its a relief to know that its not neccessarily because i have been glutened?soya'd or dairy'd. Although thanks to sandsurfgirl, i to have been tucking into the naughty gluten free food for comfort although my stomach doesn't feel very comfy right now so. I just feel constantly hungry yet nothing...
  11. Hey ( a celiac virgin here ) , i have been gluten/soya and diary free since the middle of january, I had two weeks of feeling fantastic, sleeping properly and generally looking healthy but for the last three i have felt really rough. I am sure i haven't eaten anything i shouldn't although the soya allergy is a NIGHTMARE!!! Do your emotions play havoc on...
