    Thanks again everyone. I have taken many suggestions, cut out everything except for meat, vegies and fruit. Don't even miss my yummy food. The fruit I am eating is apples and pears baked in the oven. Vegies which include celery, carrots, peas, onions so far and I am cooking before I eat except for salad...that I am cutting up fine.     I did ask for a full panel and I was told thats not how things are done to start. Do you think the Vit D is an indicator and if so should I ask for a full panel when they retest blood work in 8 weeks?

    Hello, I have a family members results which the nurse told me were just fine, no celiac. Is she correct, how do the numbers look? I will just list the numbers in each collum, I am not sure what to look at The IgA is 0.00-20.00 <20 The IgG is 0.00-20.00 <20.00 FYI -result for Vit D is very low and on a dose of 50,000 IU for 12 weeks...

    Hello, I will be seeing my OB for a yearly visit. This will be the first doctor I have seen since going Gluten, dairy and soy free. I am anxious about number one telling him about my diet and the reaction I will get. But in addition and this is where my question comes in should I ask for some type of test for my vitamin levels? I am still so fatigued...

    Thank you all for your comments! The corn was packaged by some farmer, no list of ingredients, just packaged in a clear bag. The almonds were bought at marks, packaged by harrell nut company, no phone number. I am not on any medication, my stomach is just now tollerating fish oil gel pills, calcium plus V D3 and just today started taking a multi vitamin...

    Hello, Been very careful past two weeks with gluten, dairy and soy free diet and just woke up with a reaction. Ankles hurt, fingers little numb, head heavy, tired and very tempermental.     bekkaz, My symptoms are identical to yours! Fiannaly I don't feel crazy! I was diagnosed with IBS, symptoms exactly like yours when I was 17 now I am 38.     Hello, I am trying to figure out what gave me a reaction this morning. (Reaction is my belly is swollen to look 3 months pregnant...I am a small person who weighs 106 and I am 5/6 tall.)     Since going gluten free about month and a half my hands are still falling asleep at night, not as much as before. One or both will fall asleep and wake me up, I move them around and go back to sleep. Sometimes my feet do this as well but not so much.
