Hi guys, I'm a celiac and I'm really am curious as to what the medical explanation is for the tiredness and weakness i'm feeling when I eat gluten - showing an unusual lack of energy really! Any wisdom shared would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -

Hi guys, I need some advice please. I'm gluten intolerant and... I've recently been experimenting with my breakfast options. I got my hands on some gram flour and rice flour and have been mixing them together, with an egg and water, frying them in sunflower oil to make chippatties/pancakes. Taste great.
