This post is a little old, so not sure i'm providing much help. I am also curious about this autolyzed yeast extract stuff and found something that says yeast extract contains barley, and therefore, does have gluten. I'm still confused though, because Swanson Natural Goodneess Chicken Broth has "autolyzed yeast extract", but their website says that it is...
