Hi, my mom was just diagnosed with celiac last month and she is having a very hard time dealing with it. I see that anger and grief are a normal part of dealing with the disease and she cycles in and out of depression and other feelings but my concern is that she was feeling better after a few weeks of eating gluten free but now the symptoms seem to be coming...
