Wow! I am so glad I found this thread today, it is exactly what I needed to read in order to stay positive. This is my 3rd day gluten free, the first 2 days I actually felt must better, but today I have just felt awful...fatigue, nausea, low blood sugar, headache, dizzy and brainfog.
