What else is there?????

I'm married for 25 years and have a 15 year old son. I suffered from sinus infections from 15 years old to 35 years old. In my mid 30's, I had chronic issues with stiff muscles in my neck, shoulders and back which led to migraine and feeling constantly "in a fog or hung over". My new born son exhibited severe intestinal distress along with asthma from dairy which led me to determine my muscle issues, migraine and sinus came from dairy. Years later, when severe pain between my shoulder blades woke me up each night around 3 am and the muscle stiffness and migraine returned, a friend suggested I eliminate wheat. When I did, the symptoms, again, left me. Now, just recently,I've found soy is creating the same issues. I keep wondering what's next...

  1. Can someone comment on why my food intolerences seem to be evolving. I started with dairy....then wheat.....now soy. Also, I've heard there are now tests for intolerances. Is this true? Anyone??
