Okay, something else to consider is cross contamination with his foods. Foods that maybe were processed in a facility that also processes wheat. Checking with all the manufacturers again as they change their products. And also being free of gluten can make a person more sensitive to it when they do have it by accident. Maybe trying to be extra careful...
