I'm 38 years old/young. I've always wondered... Is it the milk? The veggies? Maybe the peanut butter or too much protein? Now I know. Crap. So many years of bloating and only now I'm told. Just as I've been getting good at baking wheat bread and finding the recipe that works for me... Damn! 90 percent of the things in my cupboard are packed...
