  1. Hi Bluestar It sounds like you are doing all the right things with CS...staying Kosher and with good foods. Not to sound like "got one better", but add on being a diabetic and counting carbohydrates too!
  2. Thank you all for your responses. I have found out that potato starch and potato flour are different and not interchangeable as potatoe flour is heavier. However I dont know if potato starch and potato starch flour are the same. Ill try to get ahold of Bette Hagmann or one of the other gluten-free cooks to find out, and post back. Thanks again Joy
  3. Hi Lee I was glad (in a way) to see your inquiry, although I dont have any answers for you. My husband is newly diagnosed with CS and many of his symptoms differ.   5. I have seen so many recipes that are confusing! Example is to use Tapioca Starch....is it the same thing as Tapioca Flour? I've seen this and other examples many times. I know Potato starch and Potato flour are different but I'm confused elsewhere....HELP is appreciated if you know.... Joy

What I got was potato flour. I need to know if it can be converted to potato starch flour by adding something such as corn starch? This is new...
