About Me
Hello!
I gave up gluten in 2005 when I found out that I had an autoimmune thyroid condition. Since then I found it very difficult to find great substitutes for the delicious foods I used to eat, so I have started my own gluten free company, called "So Good Gluten Free" and I bake and sell my products in Delaney's 100 mile market in Old Town Temecula, CA.
I hope to get a website set up shortly for those people who don't live nearby that would like to order online.
I currently make Multigrain Sandwich Bread, Muffins, Cookies, Donuts, Cupcakes but I can also make just about anything as a gluten free version - Meat Loaf, Shepherd's Pie, New York Cheesecake or Tiramisu.
